Back in July 2000 All Blacks legend Christian Cullen suffered one of the worst head knocks of his career during a Tri Nations match against the Springboks.
Cullen ran the ball back from deep inside his own half in the opening minute of the game when he was smashed by South African flanker Corné Krige.
The full back immediately goes limp suggesting he is knocked out cold and bounces as he hits the ground. Fortunately Cullen came back around shortly after and received treatment from the medical team.
