Former Wallabies coach Eddie Jones has had an eventful few years, and now holds one of the most scrutinized positions in world rugby. It's gone well so far, but he is just getting started. Jones recently sat down for this candid interview for England Rugby Club members.
Fresh off his success at the 2015 Rugby World Cup, which famously saw his Japan side take down South Africa - and after the controversy with a hasty exit from the Stormers role - Jones was signed on to take the English Rose back to the promised land.
With 19 wins from 20 matches, the results show that decision to be a glowing success.
He has every intention of returning English rugby to the top spot in the world come 2019. To that end, he's come a long way and made some tough decisions in assembling his permanent squad to challenge for World Cup glory.
For instance, his 33-man training squad was recently announced and some rather important names were noticably absent.
