Bernard Laporte has been found guilty of four out of five bribery-related charges in a French court today.
These charges were due to conflict of interests, insider influencing, and four instances of passive corruption, each one "guided by a bias towards" Montpellier owner and FFR backer, Mohed Altrad.
As a result, Laporte has been handed a two year suspended prison sentence and fined €75,000.
