Calls for fan to be banned from stadium for life after shocking moment

A Leicester Tigers fan is being heavily criticised on social media after being caught on camera in an act which has left fans extremely angered.

During Leicester Tigers' European Champions Cup victory against French side Clermont, one of their supporters was filmed attempting to down a pint in spectacularly bad fashion.

At first, the unnamed fan seems confident, however the drink barely reaches his mouth before he spills a sizeable amount and aborts his attempt - which if successful could have made him a Leicester Tigers cult hero.

The video has since gone viral, with the official Leicester Tigers account posting the clip asking for any information on the man involved.

Steve Simmon, commented "OK so I’m seeing contact too high, unacceptable degree of spillage, no mitigation, red card and lifetime ban. All agreed?".

Whereas Buffalo Watch said, "When @LeicesterTigers needed a hero, this man stood up and dropped a 0/10 pint chop".

Despite embarrassment for this particular fan, Leicester Tigers supporters do have a lot to celebrate at the moment, with their team earning a home quarter final in Europe against Leinster and also sitting pretty 12 points clear at the top of the Gallagher Premiership.

The Tigers next game is a mouthwatering clash at The Stoop against current premiership champions, Harlequins.

Whether or not the fan receives a lifetime ban, he will be a very brave man to enter Welford Road again after that poor performance, all caught on live TV!
