Canada winger destroyed by vicious Tongan shoulder charge in 2013 Pacific Nations Cup

Canadian winger Matt Evans was left motionless on the floor after being shoulder charged by Tongan full back David Halaifonua during a Test match in 2013.

The left winger made a half break in the second half and gave an inside ball to his centre teammate before being smashed hard by the Tongan.

Halaifonua was sin binned for the incident while Evans was forced from the field during the Pacific Nations Cup match at the Richardson Memorial Stadium in Kingston, Ontario.
