Legendary Wales back Jonathan Davies pulled no punches in commentary when Wales hosted Italy in the Six Nations in 2012. Davies was not shy to share his thoughts on winger Mirco Bergamasco, who got himself involved in a number of scuffles.
Wales won the fiery contest 24-3 after converted tries by Jamie Roberts and Alex Cuthbert added to penalties slotted by Leigh Halfpenny and Rhys Priestland.
Winger Bergamasco scored Italy's solitary penalty, but was involved in a number of off the ball incidents.
After George North tackled Italy fly half Kris Burton in the air, Bergamasco was first in there to push North, seemingly annoying commentator Davies more than anyone.
"What a complete....." Davies said, stopping himself from saying worse, before adding that the winger should calm down a bit and concentrate more on his job.
After a similar incident in the second half, Bergamasco was again the first one on hand and getting involved, and Davies couldn't help himself.
"What is wrong with Bergamasco? He is a complete... clown," he said, before adding a final dig with, "[I'm] not sure what he does on the pitch, other than get involved in incidents".
