Courtney Lawes smashes another flyhalf, this time Ruaridh Jackson

This is Courtney Lawes' crunching tackle from last weekend against Wasps. It's not as lethal as some of his previous hits, but it's on a flyhalf yet again, so is equally amusing. If you take a look through our Related Posts below this, you'll see many more of his hits on hapless number tens.

In this case it was Ruaridh Jackson, who should have known, but just didn't see it coming.

Literally never seen him make a big hit on a forward.

I know, because everywhere else in rugby we never see bigger guys smash smaller ones

Unless I do a Vince Papale, like Healey says... glad I don't have to ever play against him.

Do we have any lawyers or solicitors as regular commenters? Always wondered how these brutal hits translate 'off the field', not Lawes specifically, but his record of Assault on Half Backs is longer than the IRB rulebook...

Wait for it... wait for it...

There will be a chorus of 'he only does that to 10s'...

    wait for it...
