Topics range from McCaw's bagpipe skills to his unique pre-match ritual. The former skipper's relentless attention to detail and goal-setting was the stuff of legend.
It's nice to hear what the two did to prepare week in and week out, not only to reach the summit of their sport but to remain on top for so long.
It's a half-hour long chat but enjoyable to get access to the minds of two true legends of the games.
