The first half between Premiership sides Harlequins and Northampton Saints was a thrilling affair. With four tries on the board, there was plenty to talk about as the half drew to a close.
The return of Luke Northmore has been a real highlight for the quarter colours as he took his place back in the centres for his first start in six months - creating uncertainty in the opposition defence and taking himself two tries in the process.
The main talking point from the first half, however, was that of a big vs little collision that led to a particularly interesting discipline conversation. Danny Care found himself in front of a thunderous carry from former England teammate Courtney Lawes. Speaking ahead of the match, Care had told BBC Sport:
"We're very unique in that we get to walk from our own ground to the home of rugby, Twickenham. It's never lost on the players. Something happens to us as a club when we get to go over and play at Twickenham, we love doing it," he said.
"I'm very proud of being from this club that has pioneered the way of taking games to big stadiums.
"It's our job as players to showcase that and show our stuff on the pitch, so we want to to put on some fireworks as well."
Later it was the turn of new Italy debutant, Louis Lynagh to take his place in the bin as he was judged to have been guilty of a deliberate knock on.
