Stormers lock Eben Etzebeth was right in the heart of the action as he took on Blues forward Akira Ioane, then Sonny Bill Williams joined in, amongst others. It was a lot of pushing and shoving, that resulted in Etzebeth seeing yellow for his open-handed shove to the face.

The Stormers won the match 30-22 in Cape Town. View match highlights here

If he didn't fix all his boxing matches against old has-beens you probably would see him get knocked out.

Gosh, I'd love to see Sonny Bill get knocked out.

Not sure how they say EE started this... Obviously words were exchanged, but if you look at 4:03 you can see EE stand up and look at the face in the background as a fixed position, you can see EE doesn't move, Ioane steps into him - that to me is the first physical contact and the start of it...the push from EE should have been the end of it, Ioane pretty much throws a punch/grab at EE's chest... EE returns in kind with a flatty to the face...

NONE of the above should have resulted in a yellow and definitely not to EE.

Only person who should be carded should be dickhead SBW who is the 3rd man in joining with aggression...

Blues were in Etzebeth's face all match long. They knew he's got a short fuse and they tried to get it lit. Successfully, you might say. Amusing so see 4 Blues players hanging on his collar. Reminds me of that time Andries Bekker grabbed himself two little Hurricanes. http://www.rugbydump.com/2007/11/271/andries-bekker-tells-the-little-ones-to-settle-down
