Getting hold of internet access at any major event can be an utter nightmare. Thousands of people all packed into one arena can play absolute havoc with your phone signal.
Fortunately thanks to a craftily placed whiteboard, the private stadium WiFi was in full view. ‘Lean forwards Eddie’, was the chant from excitable fans as they eagerly tried to make out the WiFi password scribbled on the whiteboard behind him.
Clearly keen to check their spam emails and the weather along the Gold Coast over the next few days, spectators were taking full advantage of this TV blunder.
