Ellis Genge praised for 'heroic moment' during Six Nations rugby clash

England Rugby prop Ellis Genge has been praised for this moment in his side's clash aginst Italy with the visitors claiming a bonus-point victory in Rome.

The incident occurred some time into the second half with Italian forward Sebastian Negri being knocked out in a collision with England lock Nick Isiekwe.

Negri was immediately rendered unconscious after the coming together with play coming to a halt.

England were in control from the off with Marcus Smith pulling the strings for an early score for England.

Here is a video showing Marcus Smith scoring his second try in as many Six Nation tests for his country.

It was Jamie George, however, who pushed England ahead towards a bonus-point win with two well-taken tries in the first half.

In this video - the 31-year-old barrels over in the corner for his brace.

Ellis Genge had been in rampant form throughout this game - but it was his intervention with the stricken Negri that earned him the most plaudits online. We see as the 26-year-old immediately sees that his opponent is seriously hurt and calls over the medics before anyone else has noticed.
