The All Blacks YouTube channel has released a brilliant player cam of Chiefs star Damian McKenzie during the final minutes of Friday’s epic Super Rugby Aotearoa match against the Hurricanes.

The 26-year-old playmaker kicked the winning penalty in overtime to steal a dramatic win for the Chiefs and the unseen footage of McKenzie is fascinating to watch.

From the second the referee blew up for a penalty on the halfway line McKenzie went through a spectrum of emotions at FMG Stadium from clear nerves to jubilation once the kick was successful.

This latest win for the Chiefs has put them second in the table behind the Crusaders after seven rounds of the competition.
