Spain may not be known for their rugby prowess the world over but they do have a rich history with the sport, and a growing, passionate set of players and fans. Thirty years ago they employed a fairly unique move, the likes of which we certainly haven't seen often in international rugby.
In this 1988 match against France in the FIRA Trophy, Spain were on the attack 5m out and rather than go for something a bit more traditional - even without lifting in those days - they went for an underarm lineout throw tactic.
While it looked a bit strange, it actually worked out really well and created a bit of momentum for the forwards, leading to a try for winger Luis Fernano Martin.
It was a home match for Spain, in Madrid, so the local fans were treated to a bit of inventive play that is even all these years back, is fantastic to see.
