The Navy won the Inter Services Championship title for the first time since 2010 after they drew 29-29 with the Army in a thrilling match at Twickenham on Saturday.

Bath flyer Semesa Rokoduguni scored twice, but it wasn't enough as Navy won due to having beaten the RAF, who themselves edged the Army.

A penalty with two minutes left in the match secured the draw for the Navy, who were coached by Saracens and Scotland flanker Kelly Brown.

"We didn’t go out there to draw so there was a little bit of disappointment but taking the Services title is enough for us and hopefully next year we can do the clean sweep," said Navy's Ben Priddey.

It's actually worse though isn't it.

The Ash Splash is just an exaggerated version of a natural try-scoring movement. My only problem with it is he bottles it every time and cushions the landing with a knee. I saw Christian Wade dive in for a try the other week and he propelled himself about five feet in the air and slid in to the turf like an Olympic swimmer entering the water.

I'm willing to tolerate the Roko Ball Kiss on account of him generally not acting like a massive tool though.

In the world where the 'Ash-splash' exists, I don't think 'Roko's Ball Kiss' is that bad.

    Rokodaguni at 13 eh? Interesting...

I'm a big fan of the bloke, but I find myself praying for someone to clatter him when he arses about kissing the ball before grounding it.

That was an exciting match. The crowd sure was into it. The guys wearing the tri-cornered hats and 18th century outfits got a laugh from me. I'm guessing they were Navy fans?
