The French Top 14 semi-finals are nearing their conclusion, with Toulouse already confirmed as one of the participants for next week’s final.
Likely joining them are Heineken Champions Cup winners La Rochelle who are currently leading their clash with Bordeaux-Begles 24 – 13 with five minutes to play.
Semi-final one between Toulouse and Racing 92 was at points mesmeric as the Antoine Dupont-led Toulouse side ripped their Parisian opponents to shreds to win 41 – 14.
Today’s clash could not be any more different as the two sides have gone at it hammer and tongs from the off.
Whilst La Rochelle have by and large held the advantage, Bordeaux have not given up and have fought for every inch.
