Three players that played key roles in England's famous upset win over the All Blacks have got together with QBE, title sponsor of the Autumn Internationals, to create a series of How To videos. Today we bring you some great tips on Scrummaging.

As we wind down into the holiday season we'll keep things ticking along with a few posts that will hopefully be as informative as they are enjoyable.

The first of these is a scrumming instructional video that in just a few minutes will give beginners a better understanding of what should be happening up front. It will also serve as a refresher for those who have been playing for years, but perhaps neglect the basics at times.

If you're a back, you probably won't be interested. But give it a watch as you too will get a better appreciation of what all the fuss is about come scrumtime.

Dan Cole, Tom Youngs and Tom Wood joined QBE for this series of technical know how videos that aim to break down some of the key skills that form part of the great game of rugby. They also touch on the psychological elements involved, and how to get the better of your oponent.
