Fantastic textbook hit demonstrates perfect LEGAL technique

A game between Hawick and Currie in the Scottish Borders produced one of the best tackles from the weekend’s rugby.

Hawick centre Wiaan Griebenow put in a textbook positive hit on Currie full back Fraser Sayers to drive him backwards and dump him on his back.

The tackle drew cheers from the crowd as Sayers was driven into the ground and the young full back reacted well to place the ball for his teammates. Hawick went on to win the game 20-14.
