Hughes shows he isn't just a wrecking ball with these delicate football skills

England and Wasps number eight Nathan Hughes demonstrated his rare footballing skills with a grubber kick to assist winger Marcus Watson with a try against Exeter.

Hughes carried the ball down the blindside from the back of an attacking scrum before kicking the ball through Exeter’s defensive line.

The ball took a slightly fortunate bounce into Watson’s hands but the vision and skills carried out by the 126Kg loose forward were impressive nonetheless.

Watson’s try helped Wasps record a 19-26 win at Sandy Park to keep their top four hopes alive, now just three points behind Harlequins who currently sit in the fourth semi-final position with three games left to play.
