Ireland captain Peter O'Mahony could be set to take to the pitch for the final team in green per a report in the Irish Times this morning.
O'Mahony (34) has played for Ireland on 104 occasions since making his debut in 2012. He was named captain for this year's championship by head coach Andy Farrell.
For the long-term Munster skipper a win today would see him lead Ireland to just its third back-to-back title in what would be his fifth title.
Domestically, O'Mahony made his debut for Munster in 2009 at a time when the province had just clinched their second Heineken Cup. Although the province has not enjoyed the same level of success since then, O'Mahony does have two league titles to his name, with the latest coming from last season.
In addition to his exceptional career with both Munster and Ireland, O'Mahony captained the British and Irish Lions during the first test of the 2017 series against the All Blacks.
Should he indeed be playing his final game for Ireland it would line up with the fact that he has yet to re-sign with Munster for next season.
Although his future intentions have yet to be confirmed, he has previously been linked with a move to the French Top 14.
