Lions score after just 16 seconds in final Super Rugby round

The Lions scored one of the fastest tries in Super Rugby history straight from kick off against the Bulls on Saturday.

The ball was kicked straight into the arms of Springbok winger Aphiwe Dyantyi who stepped two defenders under pressure and made a clean break down the middle of the field.

Dyantyi then gave a two-on-one pass to number eight Hacjivah Dayimani who handed off winger Rosko Speckman on the way to the try line to score after just 16 seconds.

The Bulls came back to win 48-27 in Pretoria in the final round of the regular Super Rugby season meaning they will travel to play the Hurricanes in the quarter-finals next weekend.
