Lions scrumhalf pulls off audacious goosey to score

The Emirates Lions have come out hot this afternoon in their clash with rivals the Holywoodbets Sharks.

Racing out to a 19 - 3 lead, the Lions are now just one try away from securing a much-needed bonus point, which will bring them back into quarterfinal contention.

Front and centre to the blistering pace at which the Lions are playing is scrumhalf Sanele Nohamba, who is causing the Sharks all sorts of problems.

Facing off against electric Springbok scrumhalf Grant Williams, Nohamba is firmly in the ascendancy as the better scrumhalf on the pitch through the opening 30 minutes.

Making clean line breaks, delivering crisp passes and mixing in a finely tuned kicking game, the 25-year-old is proving once again why so many in South Africa are excited about his international potential.

One moment in particular that caught the eye was Nohamba's try where he completely caught the Sharks defence flat footed.
