The RFU sent in this amusing clip showing what happened after a long England training session.

James Haskell and fitness coach Paul Stridgeon were messing about after the session at Pennyhill Park, trying to get a rugby ball to bounce into a bin, without much success.

Then Mike Catt, who happens to be England's attacking skills coach, arrived.

Haskell is destined for a big media career, a witty, articulate guy. Over gym'd IMO, but give me someone with personality everyday over monosylabic farrell etc.

Wearing his boots in the gym!? Does he have no respect? Sack him and ban him for life, disgraceful behaviour from a "pro".

And BOOM! The class system is alive and well.

Hear hear, people are always putting sports people down saying that they are too far removed from the public, too sterile, unsmiling boof heads. Yet when you see that they are all just like us and enjoy having a bit of fun out comes the tall poppy syndrome. Haters are going to hate
