MLR players host virtual games with fans on Rugby20

With MLR matches suspended, the league has decided to play virtual matches to entertain fans. 

MLR 2020: Virtual, a gaming competition between real rugby teams on Rugby20 have started live streaming to fans on Twitch. 

One player from each team will go head to head in the game, and additional teammates will host live commentary and communicate with fans on the streams.

In addition, MLR has partnered with the Feeding America COVID-19 Response Fund to allow fans to donate in support of food banks during the live streams.

Here is a taster of the action ahead of Saturday’s games:
