The guys at BT Sport's Rugby Tonight are doing an excellent job of creating quality content for everyone from the armchair enthusiast, to youngsters that are still learning the game. Last week on the show their Masterclass demo featured a few backs that know a thing or two about rugby.

In this pitch demo Harlequins flyhalf Nick Evans joins Brian O'Driscoll and Matt Dawson to go through some number ten flyhalf play based around dummy runners. As they explain though, the dummy runners are actually options that can all be used at the last second.

It's another great feature from Rugby Tonight. If you find this type of thing helpful or even just enjoyable, please let us know your thoughts below, and share it with your friends.

I respond to your offence with by quoting Stephen Fry:

But, even if anyone were really offended, I think the fact BOD felt it was an appropriate thing to say on TV is awesome.

It would be great if rugby tonight could do a video on ATTACKING AGAINST A BLITZ DEFENCE.

There is a strong team forming here...

    Tom Wood,
    Keith Wood,
    Billy Twelvetrees,
    Clive Woodward,
    Adam Ash(e) - drop the e

...Might be room for Dan Parks (getting desperate now!)

"Catching out the fatties at training" is the best comment ever made.

Best thing to do would be to try and get hold of Billy 12-trees....your team would undoubtedly dominate due to the sheer over powering numbers...

Is this a response to me? If so, run a diagnostic checking for madlolz, and you'll find trace elements of me being a dick.

Brian O'Driscoll says you need a 10 and tree people to run this play. What do you do if you don't have ents on your team? Thanks for nothing BT Sport. BT bloody Middle Earth more like. Twats.

Rugby tonights programs are brilliant, it's great to see proper coaching, also it shows how to play as a team. Olease carry on posting them, I think most (amateur) coaches should watch these.

    Cheers RD for the video
