Outrageous Mo'unga hat-trick demonstrates his world class ability

All Blacks fly half Richie Mo'unga scored a fantastic hat-trick for the Crusaders during Saturday's Super Rugby Trans Tasman clash with the Reds.

The 26-year-old scored 31 points as the Crusaders ran away with a 28-63 win at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane and this was the first career hat-trick for the playmaker.

Mo'unga's first try came early on as he capitalised on a loose ball to run in under the posts.

He followed this up with a second score on the half hour mark after some lovely improvisation from the back of an attacking scrum inside the Reds' 22.

Mo'unga completed his hat-trick in the 53rd minute after demonstrating his electric footwork and devastating acceleration to beat the defensive line in midfield.

With 21 All Blacks caps to his name, Mo'unga is now established as one of the best 10s in the world and has been in brilliant form since Super Rugby Aotearoa launched earlier this year.
