Rugby HQ's Plays of the Month are back with another excellent segment that wraps up the good, the bad and the ugly from Super Rugby in the month of April. This one features some outstanding tries in particular, as well as a few highly comical moments.

The big hits are there in abundance too, and switching away from Super Rugby for a bit, there's a very quick look at that much spoken about incident in the American Samoa 7's tournament..

You can view February and March in the Related Posts below, and all other Shortball and previous Plays of the Week clips, dating back a few years, in the Plays of the Week category archive

I don't know whether to be impressed that you know the names of the cretins that produce that music or not.

Can you imagine if they had these cheerleaders in NH rugby? The poor girls would die of exposure.

Hmm, difficult to reply to this in defence of the cheerleaders without inadvertently categorising oneself as a retarded person, so well played on the phrasing of your comment.

Bit ambivalent about them to be honest. I'm with you in as much as I do not like cheesy American shit and I despise all this artificial "atmosphere creation" - like for example playing music at trytime, when all you really want to hear is the roar of the crowd itself (or polite ripple of applause).

However, I do enjoy a good perv at some half-naked slags. Especially if they've got their feet by their heads.
