RWC 2015: Fails and funnies of the tournament so far

While the Rugby World Cup 2015 takes a well earned break for the week, ahead of Saturday's first quarter final between South Africa and Wales, it is perhaps an ideal time to look back of some of the more humourous moments of the tournament.

World Rugby have compiled a nice compilation of fail and funnies, acting as a welcome comic relief after four weeks of intense rugby action.

Referee Nigel Owens has been on fine form, in both job and humour. Having dabbled in stand up comedy, it is little wonder the Welshman makes the list, as does Namibia prop Johnny Redelinghuys' gallant but hillarious attempt at slotting a last-minute conversion in his final appearance for his country.

So sit back and enjoy the best bloopers and fails of RWC 2015 so far.

Seriously, watching that game live, I actually got a little bit of sun cream in my eye at that point...

Gorgodze, that is, not Nigel. Although, big fan of that guy too...

Doesn't that just give you a little glow in the heart? Maybe the toughest man in the world game with great humility and so clearly grateful for the recognition!

Nigel Owens on great form this tournament. This video is missing the one where he told Stuart Hogg to "come back in two weeks if you want to dive on the ground"...

Much as I dislike man-of-the-match awards, Gorgodze is one man who can leave the pitch 50 minutes into a game and still deserve that award. Love his reaction too - so humble. Commentator put it well - a smile that could melt an iceberg...
