Saint Mary's Gaels score dazzling team try straight out of the Barbarians playbook

Saint Mary's Gaels, a college in California, scored this outstanding team try recently, going all of 80 metres from first phase after a scrum on their own 22 metre line. It's a Rugbydump Blitz submission, and one of the best team tries we've seen this year so far.

A few weeks back in Division 1 A college rugby, SMG scored this sensational try that involved backs and forwards combining with some slick handling, all from first phase play off a set piece.

It features former Scotland Under 20 scrumhalf Sean Yacoubian and his fullback brother Joe, who both played key rolls.

While St Mary's Gaels are ranked number 3 team in the USA, they are a small school with an excellent rugby program, headed up by Tim O'Brien. Attacking play, support running and offloading in the tackles have clearly been drilled into them, and it shows with this fantastic try.
