Saracens prop Rhys Carré was shown a straight red card for a high tackle in the opening five minutes of Saturday’s game against Ospreys.
The 21-year-old was involved in a double tackle on Ospreys full back Dan Evans when his shoulder made first contact with Evans’ neck.
Despite playing almost the entire game with 14 men, Saracens went on to win the game 15-22 at the Liberty Stadium leaving the reigning champions second in Pool 4.
Carré has made four appearances for Wales and joined Saracens from Cardiff Blues in 2019.
