Scarlets replacement lock Morgan Jones received his second successive red card for a high tackle against Benetton on Friday night.
The 20-year-old came off the bench in the second half at Stadio Comunale di Monigo and made a high challenge on Benetton’s Manuel Zuliani without sufficient use of his arms.
Jones was deemed to have lead with his shoulder and the referee said there was no mitigation which gave him no option but to award the red card.
