School Of Hard Knocks 2011 - Episodes 3, 4, & 5

Today we've got a triple header of School of Hard knocks for you, bringing us up to date with the latest broadcast, that takes place tonight on Sky Sports 1.

Obviously there probably won't be enough time for you to watch these and then the live show, but this segment has proved popular so it's a good chance to catch up, as well as bring awareness and form as a reminder to those who have been following it on tv.

If you're unfamiliar with the show, make sure you watch the first and second episodes to get to know how it works and read what it's all about. Both are very enjoyable to watch, as no matter where in the world you're from, you should be able to associate with elements of the program.

In episode 3 the guys get some help from a psychologist, and then head off to northern Wales for some treacherous team building exercises. It's not great to watch - or take part in - but in the end a good session brings everyone back together.

In episodes 4 some of the players' off-field issues get the better of them, particularly when taking part in training and a bit of cage fighting. Big strides are made in episode 5 though, as personal goals are set in place, they meet Boris Johnson, and they play a tough game of rugby.

Kick back and watch all three via the handy playlist below, or if you're up to date already, don't forget to watch Sky Sports 1 in the UK a little later tonight for Episode 6.
