While New Zealand won the Wellington Sevens, there were some great tries scored by a number of teams, particularly Australia who produced two of the best individual efforts seen in recent times.

    I think Isles had the reverse thrust on after about 15 yards. By the time the ref caught him he was pretty much walking. Still, fair play to him for getting there. On a similar note, number 12 on the other team didn't bother wasting any energy and simply used the spare time to tie his laces.

    Those refs would be fit enough to grace most mortal 7s teams. There was a really interesting video a few years back about Craig Joubert's fitness regime. Safe to say, they're all in pretty good shape.

    Love the ref giving it beans around 0:10, trying to keep up with Isles. Fair play to him too, didn't look like he was blowing too hard.
