After another fantastic year for New Zealand rugby, Sky Sport NZ have put together a list of 15 outstanding scores that are the nominations for the Sky Fans Try of the Year 2015. In their own words, ten tries just weren't enough, so here's a look at all fifteen.

Last year Malakai Fekitoa won the award for his great try against the Sharks in Super Rugby.

The year's nominations cover domestic to Test rugby, as well as a few women's rugby contenders. Also, a special mention for the Samu Kubunavanua try, scored for Wanganui against South Canterbury in the Meads cup final. Mindblowing.

All Blacks hooker Dane Coles has two tries on the list, and none of them are what you'd expect from a hooker, while wingers Julian Savea and Waisake Naholo are also there with a brace.

More recently, Ma'a Nonu's finish in the World Cup Final is also included.

So as you will see, there are some brilliant individual efforts, and unbelievable team tries. We've certainly featured a few of these before, but you probably haven't seen them all so sit back for a sensational six minutes of attacking rugby.

If you'd like to get involved, head on over to www.allblacks.com/skyfanstry to vote. The try with the most votes will be announced as the winner at the 2015 Steinlager Rugby Awards on Friday 11 December.

He has got a few brothers... of course he has some skill! I have noticed it over the years, it is rather a strange phenomenon. Siblings are the best sparring partners you can find. Look at the Gracie family. I grew up with a few players, went to school with a few more, they all had very talented brothers... mucking about in the garden with a ball was like a training session, if you could mix it with 17-18yr olds age 12, it made you superhuman in your own grade. There are no locks in backyard rugby, if you are in space, you finish it or get smashed!

I would like to think he started life out as a ball hogging winger

Towards the end of that Wanganui try, I rather like the commentators strangled orgasmic "oohs".

    Sam Whitelock's try was insane.

"My backs, where are my backs?"
"All I see around me are opposition players"
    "Hell, I'll do it myself!"

Nigh on impossible to pick a winner out of that lot!

That coast-to-coast effort starting at 1:57 must be a contender. Quite enjoyed the fact that almost every single thing those players did, not just the guy at the beginning cocking about behind his own try line, seemed to be a wrong option, but their sheer audacity and skill got the job done.

The last one with Dane Coles hitting a perfect angle at pace is very nice and Sam Whitelock's is a beauty for the ridiculousness of a lock sidestepping backs and beating them for pace. From the bloody halfway line!!

Certainly for the New Zealanders rugby is much more than a game. It is already a way of life.

    Damn, I love this ...lifestyle!

Maybe youth rugby should start a culture-swap foreign exchange programme.

Northern Hemisphere rugby: Over-coaching Great players into Average ones, since 1995.

Need more than him mate, it was at all levels. Can you contract a culture?

Elliot Dixon's bulldozing try in the Super Rugby final deserves to be on the list surely

And does anyone else feels that they have really shit cameramen for the Women's rugby in general? They always zoom out at the most inappropriate time, robbing us the the full excitement of the action.

Winger, lock, hooker, flanker and another winger in the first 5 choices.

If you weren't aware that New Zealand are better than everyone else from number 1 to 15, and across all levels and grades of the sport, here is concrete proof.

How much do you think it would be to buy Steve Hansen out of his contract and ship him up North?
