Springbok Fans Left Reeling At Officiating Despite Convincing Win

South Africa finished out their Rugby Championship Campaign with a strong 38 – 21 victory over Argentina.

The Boks started strongly as they rushed out to a 14-point lead early on before the Pumas came back into the contest.

Once again, the officiating was a key point of contention with South African fans reeling from a number of decisions.

None more so than a yellow card that was handed out to Bok enforcer Eben Etzebeth for a push that the referee felt caused a Pumas player to fall dangerously in the air.

Continuing the trend of match officials being heavily influential in another Rugby Championship contest, six yellow cards were dished out in total.

Unfortunately for the Springboks, their 17 point win sees them fall just short on points difference on the overall table as the All Blacks retained their title in what was an up and down competition for them too.
