Stockdale scores first Ulster try in a year with brilliant intercept against Munster

Jacob Stockdale scored his first try for Ulster since last January with a 60-metre intercept against Munster on Friday night.

The 23-year-old Ireland international snatched the ball from the arms of Andrew Conway and used his blistering pace to reach the try line and score his first try of the season.

 

Stockdale's try helped Ulster to a 38-17 win at the Kingspan Stadium to leave them second in Conference A of the Pro 14 after 10 games, full match highlights are available below:

Stockdale has made more than 60 appearances for Ulster and scored 16 tries for Ireland in 23 tests.
