Ahead of Saturday's Super Rugby action, here is a catch up on what went down in round 11 of play, with some excellent tries scored around New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. There's also a few great celebrations from the Cheetahs, and a falcon of course. Thanks as always to Fox Sports

Yeah that' must be why Southern Hemisphere teams struggle so much against northern sides.

Half tackles in the premiership are on forwards already headed to the ground

I prefer this to the zany Benny Jill style plays of the week

Watching Sean Maloney in this straight-jacketed presentation style is like seeing a caged lion in the zoo. Such a waste. Cannot fathom why the Plays of the Week format - a winning formula if ever there was one - has been dropped. This segment was only 3 minutes and I nearly nodded off.

The tackling in super rugby is so poor these days, its either big tackles or no tackles at all.
