Catch up on the very best from another great round of Super Rugby down south. There were tries aplenty, some upsets and one player got punched in the face, by his teammate. Look out for the Sam Whitelock try yet again, as well as a scorcher from Melani Nanai.

    On the You're Kidding Me piece. I don't know why he was trying to lift that bloke's leg that way - pretty bloody stupid given the way tip tackle laws are applied. I'd like to think his teammate was thinking "no you're not giving away a penalty and getting yellow carded, have some of this instead!". Probably wasn't though.
