Tommy Seymour's aerial brilliance against Wales in Cardiff

Scotland winger Tommy Seymour had an outstanding game against Wales on Saturday, dominating under the high ball as well as scoring a nicely taken try. Here is a quick look at his superb aerial prowess, as he won the contest in the air on multiple occasions.

Seymour scored Scotland's first try of the 27-23 defeat, but later sprained an ankle, putting him in doubt for their fixture against Italy in Rome next weekend.

The talented winger played a huge part in Scotland's Rugby World Cup, so below is a short montage of him in action. Hopefully he recovers in time for their next fixture in Rome.

It was great to see him shining when Hogg went off. I mentioned it before, I really found that the whole of the Scottish team seemed to step up when Hogg went off. He's a brilliant player but I find sometimes the Scottish team rely on him too much, when each player has their own individual and excellent talents!

This is yet another example of why I fucking love the Six Nations. It is the perfect tournament. Big enough mix of teams as to keep it wide open, but small enough that you can follow every game and every little thread within those games. Three games a week means you can analyse it in-depth, have an idea of what to look for the following week, and so on.

Seymour's performance was excellent. Great to see this skill playing such a part. Doesn't hurt in the build up to the Lions, either, when we will be touring New Zealand - themselves no stranger to kicking the ball. Hope he goes well next week.

Delighted to see this performance rewarded with its very own Rugbydump post. Watching it live he seemed to be everywhere, especially when a high ball was involved.
