Virimi Vakatawa's unbelievable no-look offload and try at the Paris 7s

French Sevens superstar Virimi Vakatawa was at his creative best over the weekend as he helped the hosts defeat Kenya 20-14 with this unbelievable offload and try at the Sevens World Series stop in Paris.

With France trailing 14-5 at the half, the hosts got their game going after the break and jumped in front with a try from Jean-Pascal Barraque. Not long after, Vakatawa worked his magic with this amazing no-look offload out the back.

With a prime example of why not to give up on a play, Vakatawa followed perfectly and collected the errant pass to finish off what he had so brilliantly started moments earlier. The clip is perhaps made that much better with the thrilling reaction from Sean Maloney.

France eventually lost to New Zealand in the Cup Quarterfinal, while South Africa won both the Paris tournament and the 2017 Sevens World Series title.

So good. I think I sounded a bit like Sean Maloney when it happened. My kids thought I'd lost the plot.
