Wasps coaches Scott Barrow and Pete Atkinson have received one-week bans after a misconduct charge arising from Saturday’s Gallagher Premiership defeat by Exeter was upheld.
Barrow, who is responsible for backs transition, has been censured for interfering with play by back-heeling the ball away and then preventing a Chiefs player from retrieving it.
Head of performance Atkinson is sanctioned for comments made towards referee Wayne Barnes after a try was scored by Exeter.

Both will only be able to attend Sunday’s trip to Saracens as spectators and will return to full duties against Bath the following weekend.
A disciplinary hearing also instructed them to “deliver a presentation to the non-playing members of Wasps staff on the Premiership regulations relating to the operation of technical areas for matches and also how their own off-field conduct was contrary to the values of the game”.
In the end Exeter came away with a 23-27 win having trailed by five points at half time and following full time Exeter head coach, Ali Hepher, said: “We went into a bit of a safe mode [after taking the lead] and that lost us games last year, big games.
“Mentally, we’ve got to nail that bit down … But second half, we kept at it. It showed real mental resilience to get knocked back from the five-metre pressure.
“A lot of teams would have folded when they cleared their lines, but when we got our chances later on, we were clinical.”
