Former South African sevens player Rosko Specman scored twice on his debut for the Bulls in the opening round of the 2019 Super Rugby season.

The 29-year-old has made 150 appearances for the Springbok sevens side and he used his remarkable pace and footwork to slice through the Stormers’ defence two times in the first half.

The bulls went on to win the game 40-3 with fly half Handré Pollard kicking eight from eight and centre Jesse Kriel bagging a lovely try from a chip over the Stormers defence in the last 10 minutes.

The Bulls were also sporting their superhero strip, replicating Marvel’s Captain America.

The Bulls wore their Captain America kit, and the Stormers were supposed to have worn their Thor kit, but chose not to at the last moment. Doesn't really matter though. At 40-3 they're probably Thor enough.

Interesting they just opted out if the Thor jersey. Would have assumed that was a sponsored deal or something. Was never a fan of the idea with those jerseys anyway, so I don't mind. And as you say, going down 40-3 made them look silly enough, wearing fancy dress on top of that might have been too much.
