The Brumbies scored a fantastic set piece try against the Waratahs in Sunday’s Super Rugby game at the GIO Stadium.

The hosts had a scrum on the half way line and shifted the ball through the hands of five players to get on the outside of the Waratahs defence and score a wonderful 50-metre try.

The move involved a loop in midfield and it was winger Andy Muirhead who made the initial break before he fed full back Thomas Banks to score the try.

This piece of magic helped the Brumbies to a 47-14 win to leave them top of the Australian Conference after six games. Full match highlights are available below:

Basic law. You can't run into your opposition player without the ball. Brumbies 13 took out his opposite number who had no chance of scooting sideways and potentially taking Banks. No try.
