WATCH: Fascinating results when the world's fastest rugby players meet each other

There are two elements of rugby that it's safe to say fans are universally obsessed and fascinated by: size and speed. While the bigger guys can impress when it comes to the big hits and imposing physicality, there is no substitute for speed, as this video shows.

On the Sevens circuit is where some of the most impressive athletes in the world ply their trade, and perhaps to be expected, the USA has two thoroughbreds that have shown repeatedly how lethal they can be both on defence and attack.

Carlin Isles and Perry Baker feature strongly in this compilation, but what's nice to see is that they are sometimes shown up by the likes of England's Dan Norton, amongst others.

We recently saw Sevu Reece put in an incredible try saver for the Crusaders, getting up off the floor to chase back and pull off the almost impossible.

WATCH: Never say die attitude of Sevu Reece is one of the best things we've seen this season

James O'Connor's try saver on Tommy Bowe was also one that you can put down to heart, while a few years back in Super Rugby we saw Beauden Barrett take an intercept and go up against Stormers pocket rocket, Gio Aplon. Cam Clark's try saver on Rieko Ioane is one to remember too.

There are many other great moments in this video, and while the editing is a bit raw at times, it's definitely lots of fun to watch and entertaining right to the end.
