WATCH: Final whistle causes handbags between Argentina and France

Argentina and France produced an old fashioned scrap after the final whistle on Saturday as tension spilled over in Tokyo.

The handbags after full time saw Los Pumas flanker Pablo Matera and winger Matias Orlando having a scuffle with French back rower Louis Picamoles. The incident is likely to be reviewed.

A late drop goal by Camille Lopez earned France a 23-21 win at the Tokyo Stadium to kickstart their World Cup campaign in Japan, while Argentina may need to win all of their remaining games to reach the quarter finals.
