WATCH: Young lock runs 75 metres to score straight from restart

Australia U20s second row Nick Frost scored straight from a restart against Ireland with an incredible individual try down the left wing.

The 19-year-old lock was lifted by his teammates to catch the restart and from there the replacement ran 75 metres to score the Wallabies’ fourth try of the match.

Despite standing at over 6ft 7” and weighing 110kg, Frost showed impressive gas to reach the try line and his fend on Irish fly half Jake Flannery was brutal.

Frost went on to score a brace of tries for the Wallabies, helping them to a 45-17 win against the Irish to secure a place in the semi-finals of the 2019 World Rugby U20 Championship.
