Wild Acrobatics On Show As Toulouse Thump Clermont

Arch-rivals Clermont Auvergne and Toulouse met at the Stade Marcel Michelin in Clermont on New Year’s Day.

Unfortunately, the game itself would not prove to be a classic as Toulouse ran away with a 32 – 13 win, there were however some typically French Rugby moments.

None more so than when Toulouse winger Sofiane Guitoune picked up and flipped Clermont Hooker Yohan Beheregaray in the air.

In perhaps the biggest indignity, Guitoune then held Beheregaray in a position last scene in Will Ferrell’s Blades of Glory.

With the Winter Olympics now a mere three years away it would appear that Guitoune and Beheregaray would make the perfect pair!
