Williams begins epic cycle with Tour de France winner

Wales’ record try scorer Shane Williams has embarked on an epic charity cycle ride today alongside 2018 Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas.

The former winger has joined Thomas in raising money for the NHS by doing twelve-hour cycling shifts for the next three days from their own homes, with the help of indoor cycling app Zwift.
